to bff2 : I am so happy to hear you tried the stretching. where ever you feel it's to tight that is the area you want to focus on, just keep all your muscles engaged to prevent injury and move within the area it feels comfortable. With daily practice you will feel the body  relax and open up again. Hips get tight from sitting in the c position so you have to work to open the c back up with cobra pose, camel pose and hip circles. Breath deeply and allow the body to relax during your movements. Keep practicing every day. I do these stretches every day first thing in the morning and before bed.

I agree, women shoes can be so bad. I also stopped wearing heels (but hey, lesbians don't do that anyway is the stereotype). I joined you in this sessiosn, sytarting with the toes, but the pelvis butterfly exersize was already too hard..I really enjoyed the hamstring stretching with the band. But next time, please put some leggings on LOL.
