This was back before Alec Baldwin damaged his spine with a weird surgery that gave him chronic back ache , causing him to stoop & consequently gain weight through complete lack of proper exercise. Not being able to run...means not being able to outrun a bad diet. To look at him here, you'd never believe its the same person now.
